This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website or complete one of our forms, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Depending on which form you use, you may provide:
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, financial account details, or any client information belonging to your firm through our web forms.
When you visit our website or forms, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
We use the information described above to:
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Stoa Park Partners related to your service inquiry or engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties.
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide services to us:
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Perspective (Perspective Software GmbH) | Hosts and operates our intake forms | Your name, email, form answers, and technical data |
| GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) | Our website, CRM, email, and SMS system | Your name, email, phone number, and form answers |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Advertising delivery and measurement | Technical data, and a hashed version of your email address when you submit a form — see Section 6 |
We may also share information where required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited information with Meta for advertising, as described in Section 6, and you can opt out.
Our website and forms use cookies, browser storage, and tracking pixels. Some are required for the site to function — remembering your answers as you move between pages, keeping your session consistent, and counting unique visitors. Others support advertising.
We use the Meta Pixel. It records which pages you view and reports back to Meta when you complete a form. When you submit a form, a hashed version of your email address is sent to Meta so it can match the conversion to an account — Meta receives the hash, not your email in readable form.
Meta uses this to measure our ad performance and to help us reach people similar to those who have shown interest. Under California and several other state privacy laws, this kind of cross-context behavioral advertising is treated as "sharing" of personal information, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out — see Section 7.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and a growing number of other states have some or all of these rights under state law.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." Tell us what you would like us to do and the email address or phone number you used with us so we can locate your record. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of that authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal." We will respond to the appeal within 45 days.
We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and afterward as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes — generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See Section 7.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established vendors who maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and services are directed to businesses and business professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. Some of our service providers operate internationally and may process information outside the United States. Our advertising is directed to a United States audience; we do not market our services in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
